The data gathered in your database is a precious source of information about your Clients. Analysis of this information enables you to effectively manage clients’ relations and is helpful in preparing marketing campaigns and introducing new products.
Thanks to this information you can:
Firstly, prevent leaving your Clients to your competition. If you have your OWN database you can as a result of analysis techniques obtain the following information:
- which clients abandon your company?
- what is the level of risk of loosing particular clients?
- profile of clients as to the risk of loosing them
- segments in which are clients who are ready to leave you
- understand profile of clients subject to possible lost
Secondly: win Clients’ loyalty. A loyal client is your competitive advantage. If you have the information you can start preventive actions on time:
- understand the real needs that are to be fulfilled in order to stop your clients abandoning your company
- use a special offer, promotion or loyalty program directed especially to those clients
REMEBER! Winning a new client is more expensive than keeping the existing one.
