Format of the document

While designing a coupon, questionnaire or a form we should remember about one basic rule: ”we create the document in order to be filled in by somebody”. In relation to this we should remember that it shouldn’t be too small or too big because it will become user-unfriendly. The ideal size of a document is where the height of fields where data should be entered amounts to 7-8 mm and its width is about 4-5 mm. The length of these fields should be subject to the character of information that should be filled in.
