How does it work?

What changes in customer services are generated by introduction of optical archiving?

Optical archive is created as a result of scanning the documents and its indexation i.e. entering into database information that could be the index for finding the image of documents. Such indexes could be: name and surname of the client, the date of signing the document, number of the document, type of document, PESEL number etc.

In order to find necessary the image a proper database and software that makes possible it’s searching is needed. These tools must be adapted to the specific needs of customer service and company’s technical possibilities.
