Questions

Forms, questionnaires or coupons, apart from personal data fields frequently include questions formulated to understand better client’s preferences or collecting additional information. To the possible extent we should ask questions that will help us to get to know our clients better. The best way to encourage them to answer the questions is to formulate „closed” questions where the answer could be “yes” or “no” or a digit. For the “yes”, “no” answer we should designate a relevant space in form of checkboxes i.e. squares of 5-6 mm in which client in order to mark his answer will put an “x.” For answers that will include i.e. year of birth the mentioned above crests, or checkboxes should be prepared. The color of checkboxes should be the same as in case of crests or squares.
