SCANNING

Scanning is an action of processing paper documents up to a digital form so it can be later processed on a PC. Many persons can use such a digital document at the same time and the paper document remains undamaged.

We use highly efficient scanners

We use highly efficient scanners produced by Fujitsu and Bell & Howell. By using modern methods of scanning and shifting of documents we are able to process over 50 000 documents per day. Our scanners are capable of compressing, cleaning the image, rotating, recognizing bar codes and automatic document indexing.

Preparation for scanning

The whole scanning process is stared by an adequate preparation of documents. We take off all stickers, paperclips and other elements that may injure the scanner. Then the documents are sorted into batches of an established size.

Scanning of documents

Sorted documents are being scanned by highly efficient industrial scanners. During this process images of documents are automatically cleaned and compressed, and as a result of this process its quality is increased and the size is decreased.
